Terms and Conditions

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp

Adding items to the cart or opening WhatsApp from this website does not place or confirm an order. An order is confirmed only when our team confirms the design, price and delivery details with you on WhatsApp.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on the website are for the options selected and may change. The final price, including any customization or delivery charges, is the one confirmed with you on WhatsApp. Products shown as out of stock may still be available to order — please ask us.

Your photos and designs

Please send only photos and text that you own or have permission to use. We may decline an order that contains content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.

Print quality depends on the quality of the photo you send. Please check and approve your design when we share it with you.
